I actually downgraded from a 250 watt (TC Electronic) to this amp, not because the other amp wasn't great, but this one is outstanding! The weight savings and the sound this amp produces sold me. I have a Fender Precision Elite II, a G & L, a Squier, VMJ and a MM SUB Ray 4 and this amp makes them all sound great. It has pro features and is excellent as a practice and gig amp. I've owned a lot of combo amps over the years and only a Kustom 150 tube amp I owned, comes close to rivaling the sound I get from this Rumble 100..see this Review Fender Website.
